Defective product and poor service

Name of company/service: Naaptol

Absolutely disgusted with the service and products provided by Naaptol.com.Seeing one of their ads in Times of India ,Kolkata i placed an order of VXX Portable mini refrigerator.My order no was 4140349 which i received nearly after 30 days of placing the order.Surprisingly the product was not working.Immediately i got in touch with their customer cell who claim 100% money back or refund in case of defective products.They told me that i am supposed to ship the product back through Blue dart which will be charged in their account.Now when i call up the blue dart guys they tell me that they need a mail from naaptol end instructing them to do so and want us to go down with the product to their office since they cannot arrange for a pick up as they do not have a pick up service for naaptol.I am repeatedly calling naaptol team but i believe they are clueless and have no idea about what to do.It is clearly falling on deaf ears for which i am suffering.

They are totally fooling around with the customers??Firstly they send a product which is not working…Now when i ask for refund or product replacement they expect the customer to take all the trouble and harassment to get the product shipped and replaced.They dont even bother to get back to the customer with a proper solution.When they take shipment charges extra,it is clearly their responsibility to get a pick up arranged for the defective product.
