I had bought a Nokia Lumia 525 on date 1st Feb 2014 and IMEI Number of that mobile handset is 359182053128479.
On 13th Jan 2015 I went to your Roorkee Nokia Care Service centre to update my Nokia Lumia with latest windows 8.1 when I handover my handset to the service centre personal to update my Mobile. He ask me that my Nokia Lumia has a Duplicate Display and if I want to continue Update my Mobile with New Windows than if u found any problem in touch then it is not consider in warranty.
I haven’t face any problem in my handset from the date I purchase and I haven’t give my mobile to any service center previously so how is it possible that display of mobile is duplicate and your authorized personal said it to me.
I was thinking that Nokia (Microsoft) is a genuine company and I had trusted you for your genuine products but my mobile handset has a duplicate display and now I am feeling betrayed and have lost my faith in you. This is not the way to treat your customer. A company which do no respect their customer can never became a trusted company. I didn’t expect that NOKIA will ever do something like this.
So Here I request you to take back your product and please return my money back if are not able to keep your promises so why you makes such kind of promises.
