FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS ON ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD

I the undersigned Mr. Shahrukh Viraf Manjra would request you to register a complain against the fraudulent transactions on my ICICI Bank credit card number 4375 5109 5173 1006

The transactions on my credit card which are fraudulent are as under:

On getting the information about the fraudulent transactions, I immediately called up the ICICI Bank Credit Card Call Centre and deactivated my card and got the confirmation for the same.

I had also approached the nearest police station immediately for lodging a FIR but they refused to issue an FIR, they have just noted my request on a sheet of paper stamped the same and set me off, a letter was also issued to the bank asking for my transaction sheet but of no use.

I don’t know what am I supposed to do

I followed up with the bank and they said that the trasnaction was done online using 3D pin and they dont take any responsibility for the same

I did not expect such a casual reply from the bank.. I fought with them over phone and to that they had to say that i had shared by 3D secure pin with someone, now i would like to know am i that stupid to share it?

I need the bank to prove that it is not a fraudulent transaction and the same was done from my side and i will pay them double the amount

I would like to inform you that I am not in a position to pay for the fraudulent amount mentioned above and hence request you to kindly investigate for the same and help me to get the above mentioned amount refunded into my account.

I trust you will be in a position to help me out and solve my issue.
