Name of company/service: Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt ltd
I had booked a holiday package at Affordable Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd for 7nights and 8days hotel booking at any of the National & International locations from the list of hotels they had given. I had booked this package in July last year with a validity of 1 year(Order no.-1008257827) for Rs 7,750/-. They promised to give 4 star or 5 star accomodation for 4 people. Also, they gave in writing that the package could be split into two destinations.
Now, on 28.02.2012 I requested for the booking for Phuket and Pattaya. From that time i have called their customer care for at least 50 times. There is no response from them over phone or over mails. I have already send various reminders no of no use.
Finasly on 29.05.2012 I got an availability confirmation mail for a small guest house accomodation. I have requested them to cancel my booking as this was not promised by them when i booked the package. They have rejected the request and told that no cancellation is possible.
I feel cheated and these frauds and making my life miserabale.
I need your help and a legal action against this company.
Kindly do the needful.
