This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that on 18-07-2012 night i called kolkataonlineflorists.com at ph no 9230765100 to ask for wether they can deliver a cake and flower which is there listed product item at burdwan town.They said yes they can.i selected the items and paid.The very next day they send me a mail from [email protected] 3.26pm that they cant deliver such things at that place on 20th july 2012 and ask me to choose courier product.i again called the above mentioned no and asked what are those .they said the 3rd letter of a product code with “C” is a courier product and can be delivered on 20-07-2012.
i tried to call their number to check my status with order number HKOF-180720125776 but the line was busy till evening.i got the line and they said that they cant deliver the same on the day these items generally delivered in 3days.
Their site dont have any registered office address when i asked they denied and even denied to cancel the order.
If they cant deliver why they commit and take money of ordinary people and cheat them with such online portal.
