dear sir,
i want to do btech but through counsling i did not get number in punjabi university patiala, but i had ncc quota with me , but the university is not offring ncc quota in btech coumputer science and mechinal , but at the same time in all other fields they are offring ncc quota in all the fields. and in film production btech and also in integrated btech they are also offriing but they are not offring in simple btech they also have additional seats for cultural and youth activities seats and 25 additional seats for sports quota and other etc quotas . but not having ncc quota in ptu counsling and in additional seats category , want to say the ncc quota is in all govt universities like delhi uni, maharastra uni and etc . in all universities seats are reserved for ncc cadets but it is not in punjabi university patiala. so what can i do for geeting admission in punjabi univrsity patiala under the ncc quata ,or is ncc a youth or cultural activity and can i apply my ncc quota under youth activity.please help as fast as posible,
