I purchased a singer Sewing machine. The machine when opened was with broken neddle. and it was also not running.
Like the principle of tele purchasing there was no demo prividor or installation system.
When I booked the complain I was told that we didnot contracted with you to provide the door service. if it is defective you need to visit the company. Now after my behest they only provided one number of Singer 18001033474 and said we will not replace this also.
Now if I would have been in a position to purchase it by visiting the singer showroom than why i should have bought it from tele portal.
God bless India where even a person like kishore biyani set such term and prosedures which actually nothing but deceive the people. ……………..
