Fraud: Money not refunded from Club Holiday Group

I booked honeymoon package for Kerala from clubholiday group which cost is 10,499/- as promotional offer. Booking ID:-1100642091

I received several calls from Mr.Girsih Mittal(9213344401/7053473953) for booking and unfortunately I did 10,499/- payment. He comitted me that after receiving payment he will send me hotel booking details within 48 Hours however I did not receive anythning.
His colleague Mr.Ashutosh Mittal and Mrs.Simran Kaur are also fraud, they also did regular call for booking and offered me lucrative offers which were fake completely.
I asked them to cancel my booking so they answered me like you did not pay full amount i.e. 24,500/- in which flight booking was included and I already cleared them about I am not going to book any flights. Now he is saying he send cancellation and refundation mail to his parent company (i.e.fake which does not exist) after approval from it he will send me refund amount. Still, I did not receive anything and do not picking up my calls.
