Overcharged amount and fault in services

I own Honda accord 2012 which ihad given for repair at Hallmark honda Thane, where they informed me that Power steering pump and Steering rack need to be repaired. when i asked how much replacement cost they took 20min and said it will cost around 80,000 for pump and 90,000 for rack. post which they took the car for repair gave cost of 55,000 and after few days when i happen too meet my friend he mention that it should not cost that much and suggested to speak with other Honda work shop. now when i called up Apex Honda and Regent Honda they said new power steering pump will cost 25,000-35,000 and rack will cost around 80,000. but we do repair as well which will cost 14000-18000 for both Rack & Pump and belt will cost 1800. where when i received my car from Hallmark Honda they have charged me 14000 for Pump , 4500 for belt ,15000 for Rack & 14000 for bolt. i refused to make payment to them, also i noticed while taking the delivery that oil is still leaking from pump or some other place. Freedy the services manager said i have given you good discount where we charge 40,000 for pump repair and 60,000 for rack repair. now it seems like Hallmark honda Thane are not only make customer fool but also their might be another scam which will be taking place.

i have sufficient proof in terms of call recording for all the dealers for rates and also from Hallmark honda Thane about their rates.
