I joined the coaching – Gate Solution , FF-1,Shiva Plaza , Engineering Chauraha , Lucknow , U.P. in the month of august 2015. I have two complaints against this institution as follows :
1. Uneven fee submission – When i joined the coaching , i was told that the fee will be Rs.23,000 for full gate course but later on , after a long time being in contact with my batch mates , i came to know that most of them paid fee below Rs.23,000.When i asked institution’s head , he simply refused to deduce the amount in a very harsh manner and so i , being in middle of the course had no other choice but to submit full fee.
2. Improper course completion – At the time of joining , they said full course will be completed till december . And , now its the end of december but my course is still not completed . As per gate syllabus , we have total 10 subjects in Mechanical Engineering . Out of which , only seven subjects are completed yet . The remaining three subjects are Strength of Material , Fluid Mechanics and Theory of Machines and are amongst most important ones.
So , kindly help me out so that i can have my money back for the remaining subjects and the improper fee taken . I also did talk to the management regarding my course completion or fee refunding but they neither arranged my classes in December nor refunded my fee.
