Fraud by DRH Packers and movers

This is a complaint against DRH Packers & Movers, Hyderabad. I placed an order to ship my house hold goods to Bangalore from Hyderabad on 27th of April for which they cost around 25827/- including packing, loading, unloading, transportation charges,additionally service tax,insurance, document charge and octoie charge. In addition I paid 1000/- in advance where I forgot to deduct at final payment but it was happened at Hyderabad when goods were completeley loaded, later I realized and asked for 1000/- advance then I was told that I would receive it at the time of delivery of goods. However, after few days, on 1st of may midnight and very early morning of 2nd May, they came and delivered the goods. But unfortunately I found one item was missing that was an imported double bed blanket which is so expensive, it was a brand new and never used till date, and asked labor guys, got a rude response saying that call and ask company people from where you booked this shifting. Then I called them up at night but nobody was responded but I never gave up and I was ntinued to call and ask those people since next day morning that was 2nd of May to till date(13-05-2014) but no proper responce, no money back, no item back, no insurance coverage, no company repayment. I’m really irritated with this service. I trust those people and paid full payment with extra 1000/- as an advance before delivery itself but those people cheated me like anything.

Please help me to get my money and item back.
