Ripetech solutions Mohali (Sec 70) is an IT company. They have taken 10,000 from every candidate who came in the company for Interview. Ripetech solutions company hired 40+ candidates as Assistant Developer and taken 10,000 from each one as security. This company has assured every candidate stipend of 5000 to 10000 and salary of Rs. 12000 to 30000 after 6 months. and have not payed a single Rs. to any of the 40+ hired Employees from 4 months. I am one of the employee, and i have fulfilled each and every target this company has ever gave to me. And still they are not paying stipend or salary to any one of their employee.

They made fake promises about our pay/stipend. Now they dont have any IT(android, java, php, iphone) project in their hands, because of the bad name in the market. This company hire people and after one month of harassment to their employees,when these employees ask for their pay, Ripetech Solutions fire them by making nonsense excuses.
People its a warning!!! Ripetech Solutions is just want to Take 10,000 Rs. from every one who came their for an interview session. A FRAUD IT COMPANY. DONT SEEK FOR ANY KIND OF TRAINING OR EMPLOYMENT IN RIPETECH SOLUTIONS.

    Yes , I agree with this complaint , i am one of them employee, They cheated 40+ Riptech Solutions is totally fake company , Here only 5 employee, Small Deepka (Servant), Big Deepak Tamta( Choor Director) Arvinder Singh(Smoker) , new candidate is Bandeep Singh (he is also a Student ) and Suman Ghosal( Call to candidates) . here is no .. any Developer( Even Like , PHP , Java & Android)

    I am also one of their employee they did the same with me and took my dd of 10000 and never gave me any salary its a totally fake company pleas be alert they have cheated many students and spoiled their future.

    Yes , i agree with , i am facing the same issue and i have no idea to come out of it .
    I am selected student for the technical training and after that they put me on biding process amd for marketing process .On time of payment they mentally harass me and challenge me for legal actions . I am in depression and have no idea what to do now .
    So its a request to all students and there college TPO’s to verify the company before joining .

    I am an employee over here but no work here and is a company of name only they are not having any work and do fake commitments and take advantage of freshers who are in search of job and they never provide any kind of payment and they don t even have work and they just keep on recruiting people with fake promises and spoils the future of students

    Yes I am totally agree with everyone.I am an employee over here but in this company no work and do fake commitments and and they just keep recruiting freshers from different colleges with fake promises and spoils the future of every students .

    It is a very cheap company and it has no it work and they provide no salary and instead of that take money from freshers as amount of 15000 and cheat them and that smoker says they have $5000 projects that is totally fake and just smoke of all our money they spoil future of students who are freshers and don t even give your photo copy of documents and photos they will buy fake mobile sim cards on you id so please be aware guys.

    aware people. think of a scenario when a company will tell u they will pay you 5to 10 thousand, and will never give you salary.
    this is ripetech. they hired me as assistant developer. they haven’t payed me since my joining. and now they are giving me fake hope that I can teach NEW TRAINEES,COMING December. Trainees and TPOs of collages don’t trust ripetech solution mohali, Deepak,arvinder n bandeep are expert in making people Fool.

    Some ex-employee and ex-trainee are trying to defame our company in the market for the last couple of weeks by leveling false and frivolous allegation of fraud which is beyond the reality. We made it clear that our company is reputed organization in this region and strongly denied all false and frivolous allegations.
    It is clear warning to those individuals who have made defamation / objectionable comments without any basis on the web-side/internet portal / site which is shown/publish publicly, will definitely be prosecuted criminal proceedings under IPC / IT Act by the company. Our company has already lodged police complaints against those persons who have defamed our company. No body is showing there own and actual identity and any contact information.

    Hello Guys,

    You should all get together at some place in mohali or chd and take appropriate actions. You all can go to higher court and can take back your hard earned 10,000. You should involve your parents and get a prominent lawyer hired together and teach them lesson. We as group of 10 people have already taught a lesson to one of these in ludhiana. You should remain brave because its your money that has gone and not theirs. Condition is that you should remain united. United we stand divided we fall. You can claim more than 10K as a part of mental harassment and spoiling your future.

    Thank you Mr. Rajesh. even few kind words give us boast to make Ripetech solution feel about what they did to 40 of us.
    they spoiled my career. I believed them and now because of that believe, I’m in pain, unemployed. Mr. Deepak tamta, Mr. Bandeep, and Mr. Arvind, whenever u guys feel why something bad is happening to u guys, Soch lyena k vo hmari bd-dua lgi hai apko.
    kma lao jina kmana aye…Rab sab dekhda,is dharti te bhugtna hunda sb.

    If anyone have doubt, we can show consumer court’s application against deepak tamta and his company. Please freshness and experienced ….do believe whatever deepak is saying.

    just think about it…….40 of us wont be doing it for no cause….He has been a harm to our time/career/health and eveything.

    Please dont join his fake ideas and company.

    HI all,

    i just want to tell all, please do a good research and after research work you will know by yourself that Ripetech solutions is a total fraud.

    Now Deepak tamta is offer “Earn while Learn module”, please guy don’t make fool out of yourself as we did. Deepak will get money from you, and now matter how good it seems he’s gonna grab that money and will run form the place.

    As he did from, Mohali sec-70 sco 670 to Zirakpur, Swastik vihar.

    Even after one year, i can get over from what he did to us. He took 10000 + 20000. The security i gave was my Dad’s well earned money. I cant forget how Deepak just did to 40 of us.

    Deepak tamta, just remember you can have this money, but you will regret it your whole life. U wont have peace.

    Hi all , thanks all for your posts here, I got a call from one of the job consultant who told me to go for interview in this so calles Ripetech solutions, but thanks to your posts that I make decided not to go there.And right now I am working in a one of the best company of tricity………..thnks for the post…..
