I am harsh Patel (9993290616) my address is 12/81 rangwasa road rau dist. indore. I had buy a micromax mobile model no. a091 on 28/06/14 and i used it for only one month and it’s display showed a mistake. My mobile is on warranty period so I take my mobile to micromax care (akhil traders (0731-4026404) G1 yashwant plaza opposite railway st. indore tin no.23650802768) on 28/7/14 they give me a job sheet (030495-0714-11143361) and said that you will take your mobile after 12 to 15 days and than I used to go their after 15 days asked about my mobile so they said your mobile is not repaired because we don’t have part of your mobile please come after 7-8 days and till they are saying always part of your mobile not come they said me to complain on their email ID. I complain two times on their email. Now more than two months i don’t get my mobile.
