Not providing any status of the ticket, not relying any complaint emails and not refunding money by makemytrip

Hi,

I booked my ticket from ranchi to mumbai(Air India) by makemytrip. They give me confirmed ticket. After two three days i got message from Air india that your ticket has been cancelled. I called to air india and asked, why did you cancelled my ticket then i got shocking reply, they told me that they didn’t received payment from makemytrip, So thats way they cancelled the ticket after that i called to makemytrip customer care for this and they told me that they will check it and reply me back withinn 72 hrs but still i didn’t get any call from them. I mailed and complained more then 5 times but they are not replying. They are not bother about customer problem. All this happining from last 20 days. I am facing a metlal touture that why did i booked my ticket from them. i simply told them that if could not give me my status update then please return my money so that i can book it from other site but they are not bother about to reply. I am totally fed up from them.
