Fraud by the company

Name of company/service: Amartex Industries Ltd

Dear this is to bring in the kind notice of all of you that Amartex Industries Ltd is knowingly cheating to their customers.
I purchased a shirt and a track suit from their one of the branch at Dharamshala( H.P)
They charged Rs 450 ( Four hundred fifty only)which is a hand written price torned the real and authentic price tag of rs 399( Three Hundred and ninety nine only) and for track suit its real price is 699( Six hundred and ninety nine only)but they charged me 750( Seven Hundred Fifty only).
I put in he notice of their concern department to their Head Office and the admitted the same and send me the attachment of the real prices of the products and promise me to reimburse my difference amount .
But unfortunately eating up their word s and when i called back… one of their official picked up the phone and i informed him about the purpose of my call , he was very very very rude to me and till the date no resolution has been given to me. even the vat charged to the produts @5 is not maching to its right amount .
