This Mail I had Sent to Vodafone Consumer Cell but I don’t have receive any kind of positive response, now I will farward this complaint through this online service. Please take action ASAP.
Dear Service Provider,
I have a vodafone prepaid mobile no- 9711541258, on vodafone live website I saw a massage” for download ring tone SMS 111……”after that i do as per instruction given on the massage & I am received a massage on 27th oct’10 (06:40 PM)that ” u have successfully subscribe for vodafone music station call 567999 & enjoy music….”ect. & Charges for this deducted from my balance Rs./ 50/- I don’t now how it is activated music station whether i am SMS for a ring tone download…after that i call to 111 & talk to ur vodafone care executive about my complaint/problem. from ur side i have got a Complaint No-2173292178. but there is no any positive response got from other side. please take necessary action for updating of vodada fone live Web site give proper & actual detail for application(like .V-music station, radio etc.) & also mention charges apply on it.
My 2nd problme is that when vodafone music already activated on my no. if I want to access the application it is not working …after calling 56799 & follow the instructions on IVR there is no any music or such kind of things found…..so please consider my complaint on priority basis check the status of vodafone music services is that working properly or not . being a vodafone customer i want to know that what kind of action take about my problem/Complaint. please revert back.
