Fraud by GTPL – they take money and never give back

Hi I have broadband connection with GTPL at ahmedabad / gujarat. My connection was inactive for more than 10 days and during that period I registered more than 6 complaints through their customer care number and 4 times with their email address. I haven’t got any solution or responsible answer by their side till date. Customer care executive neither provides details of servicing executive nor details of any regional manager. They have their Internet packages for minimum 6 months and they collect money in advance so once you have paid them, you can not reach them. I think this is trap and government or telecom department must interfere in this case.
