Date of Incident:- 13th Jun 2015. SBI toll free number:- 18601801290. As i made a purchase of 7332 online and converted the same amount into flexi-pay i.e EMI. I have asked them for 6 EMI and converted the said amount @ 1310.60. Now i have paid 3 EMI till now, but the company is asking me to pay another 6 EMI. As due to some system error online they are charging me 3 Emi additional. The company is settle ling the amount and adjusting the amount against some other purchase on my same account. On immediate basis i have cancelled all my service with SBI credit card.
