Fraud Bills and Threatening calls from MTS india!!

Hello All,

I would like to bring your notice here about MTS india.I got a broadband connection on August and It’s not up to the Mark ..No service at all in Madipakkam.I requested a disconection request to MTS customer care through an email and I got a reply as well that would my services would deactivated soon.They asked me to pay 150 for disconnection after 2 days I got Rs.190..after 2 days ..I got Rs.150…See such a fraudulent SMS and false notices from MTS..then i have ignored all the SMS and messages..They sent me an email again that I would requested for reactivating the services again…(Again a CRAP Mail )…I never see such a broadband company in my life time…Now atlast they started threatening me thorugh they would file a case against me in DELHI..Someone called me and he claimed that he was an advocate from Delhi court…he asked me to pay the bill…..One thing I want to know from MTS…How can you treat the customer like this..by threatening calls..Mails..Fraud bills And SMS..I would like to file a case against MTS ..I am discussing with my lawyers..I would like to have my USAGE between Aug to Feb 2015..since I never used MTS dongle after a day in August 2014…..PFA the all mail communications between MTS…I want some one to advice on this..we will post this in Facebook..twitter..in all sorts of socila networks..

I have deactivated the connection in August 16th and my bill has been generated till August 18th and i cleared that already. I never gave request to reactivate and even it’s none of my business.If you guys keep on disturbing me like this then i will
file a case against in consumer court.No one will pay money for unknown useless bills.Hope you guys understand
