I would like to bring to your kind notice the case of negligence and fraud of Shree Anurag Shikhara Hospital , Habsiguda , Uppal Hyderabad. My uncle met with an accident on 8 March 1 Pm in the night and has had a fracture in his right leg. He was admitted in the Anurag SHikara hospital at 5 am in the morning. The doctors have done a surgery and inserted rod in the leg . We were asked to pay 30 Thousand Rupees in cash for the treatment. After 3 days , the doctors gave a bill of 80 Thousand Rupees but asked us only to pay 20 thousand more and did not allow the discharge without the payment. We felt strange because the bill was of 80 Thousand and we were asked to pay 50 in total. We have paid 30 Thousand but have not recieved any reports for the treatment. The doctors( Dr. Raju and Dr. Anuradha ) have denied to give medicines without the payment of the bill. My uncle is suffering and is left untreated because of selfish behaviour of the hospital. Reasons for not paying the extra money are : We were given bill of 80 thousand dated 5/7/2001 as the admission date. We admitted uncle on 9 MArch 2015. We have noticed a fraud case and have not paid the remaining amount. We request you to please do the needful and take some action against the hospital and the doctors for the major fraud. We are not ready to accept a bill which is dated 14 years before the incident. There is a major fraud going on and the staff is also equally involved in the case. We have not recieved the discharge certificate and the treatment papers for the same. Please look into this issue asap.
