PAYMENT MADE PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED

Sir,
We got a phone call on my mobile no. stating that are you willing to purchase new mobile.
We are providing online on our portal namely APOLLO MEGA MART.

Mr. Desouza was online who said that it is our Hot Deal for a shorter period for Mobile phone
“HTC DESIRE 820Q” which is costing 19900/- in market. but today we are providing it only for RS.11400/- for which cash on delivery is not possible.
As I was having SBI account and internet banking for which the gateway was not available.
so I had to make payment through my Debit card only.
I made payment on 9th Feb 2015.
I also got payment confirmation mail from the Apollo mega mart . and other details regarding product supply.
In which they stated that I will receive the product on or before 24th Feb 2015 .
The product was not delivered on tha date. Then constantly i was in touch with ccmpany’s customercare .
After many trials I could connect with some one on the number provided.
Every time new person was lifting the phone and different messages were received but no body was able to give the correct position of the delivery of the product or shipping details . Then onward everyday I was making calls but then after few days they started avoiding my pnones.
Till date I have not received my cell phone.
Number of times I have complained through customercare mail id but no reply is received.
So now I am going to lodge a police complaint. and file a suit against compny in a court of law.
Pl advice the other ways to get money back so that other people also may be cheated
