I had ordered a product from paytm and when it comes for delivery, they refuse to deliver at my given addres and told to collect it from their office (it was free home delivery product).
But in their policy when any product not delivered the amount paid wil be refunded with in 07 days of the odered returned. But instead of refunding my money they are not replying to my e-mail also. How can i get my money back please registered a complain against them.
Please do reply as early as possible.
