Hi, I purchased a leather bag from Hush Puppies Store at GIP. It cost me Rs. 4999/-. The company gives 6 months replacement warranty. But regret to tell you that the bag started tearing itself from the outer part. I visited the Store, the manager asked me to write a complaint directly to the company. I wrote the complaint and waited for their reply. In response to the reply from the company I second time visited the Store. The manager again saw my bag and asked me to wait for the reply from the company. I asked what about the complaint that I had lodged. He said the person who received my mail could not be able to understand the fault in the bag. Very poor and worst services by Hush Puppies. I have visited the store two times but no solution so far. I have wasted my money as well as precious time for this third quality bag.
