Dear Sir,
We bought a mobile phone, Nokia Lumia 800 in Oct.2012, which was stolen in Jan.2013.This mobile was insured & we have summit-ed all req.docs till feb.end. We are waiting for for claim money till now.
Although we have contact many times to bank &give many reminder but get no response or benefit.
Please tell us, what we should do?
