With reference to subject cited above this is to bring to your kind attention that Rs 8,000/-has been deducted fraudulently from my Bank account (a/c no 4969001500000712) held at Punjab National Bank, Branch Dhampur, Distt Bijnor-246761 although transaction which was carried by me on 27/07/2013 time around 8:00 p.m at PNB ATM. the amount fraudulently using some criminal tactics, the CCTV footage may could of very good use in this case.
I have reported the matter to customer care and complained them about this. My complaint no. 60159635.But the resolution of my complaint has been rejected, and they have instructed me to intimate this matter to Head Office & Police Station and get the copy of the FIR
I have sent mail to below officers but they are unable to give a satisfactiory answer to the issue, hence I want the case to be thoroughly investigated.
