DDear Sir/ Madam,
I am Rakesh Jaywant Ghadi.
This is regarding my insurance policies no’s are as (0200194744/ 0200194754), which has been wrongly issued by TATA-AIG officers.
I am following up with TATA-AIG people for past one month to revise my policy with necessary changes, but still I haven’t get any confirmation from these guys.
I have opened my policy through Mr. Wankhade, but I found mistake in the policy.
When I enquired about the mistake to Mr. Wankhade, he told me this is some internal problem.
When I kept following-up him he said he had some family issues, so I do not forced him. He gave me his senior officer mobile no Mr. Abhishek Shahu. When I called him he gave me a assurance that he will sort out this issue. But till date it is not sorted out. He had sent me the same policy with same mistake and nobody bother to explain or ask customer whether you have received your policy or not.
This issue is from day 1, when I gave them cheque for opening policy. They did not issued policy due to some mistake till 2-3 weeks. But nobody bothered to inform client or update.
Few days back , I received a call from Ms. Sonal Vhavale & Mr. Wankhade and again they gave me the same assurance .
Now this is too much..I have trusted on Tata –AIG and heard so much about Tata-AIG. But this is the reality.
Now, this is height , they are not even picking up the call.
In starting, for the sake of policy, they all keep calling.
And now when the customer is in trouble, they are so careless and irresponsible.
How can they avoid customer’s call????
When they came to offer policy, they promise so much and promise to have extraordinary n…… blah blah services.
I have requested/warned so many times to these employees/staff of Tata-AIG. But, don’t know what the hell , they think of their customers. Utter poor service and negligence on their part.
I want my money back and quit from this day to day game of our staffs.
