I purchased a new Maruthi omni vehicle from Bharath auto cars Mangaloe.
The registered No is KA 21 N 3324
After Purchasing the car i think about to run the car by Gas. So i searched for a RTO Authorized fitment center. So Got SHILPA Auto Gas Puttur.
I contacted him. and gave my car for gas fitment.He gave the car after fitment,after all his RTO work.
After 4 month it is found that. Gas cylinder tank is RUSTed. I guess the second hand cylinder was painted and fitted to my car.I asked for replacement . He is not willing to do so. and trying to skiff off by saying that I have to contact the cylinder company,which is not related to me.
In case of any accident by this rusted cylinder who is responsible ? There are chances of leakage, or puncture of cylinder, if the same rusting goes on.It is actually dangerous to me and even to public.A s it was an authorized fitment center by RTO, I opted to fitment of gas in this agency. So You have to provide me Justice by interfering in this matter. You has to either cancel his approval or compel him to provide me a new cylinder and he must not continue this other customers.
