cannot get my phone from service centre from last 3 weeks

Name of company/service: xolo

when my phone(xolo Q700) get damaged i contact the xolo service centre they ask me for rs.5000 to pay and your phone will be given to you with in 3 days but i had purchased a insurance from new mobile care India pvt. ltd. of rs.700 which have to give me service or complete accidental warranty to the phone that’s why to give money i give my phone to new mobile care India pvt. ltd. but now i cannot recieve my phone from them as they said that the xolo company says to him that the phone(xolo Q700) parts are not available and also they don’t give me any date till i get my phone back due to this i have to follow my problems and losses.
please filled my complaint…

Name of company/service :Microma.

I had purchased a micromax mobile & also purchased a insurance from New mobile care India pvt.ltd. of Rs 1000/.Which covers complete accidental warranty to the phone .I give my mobile to new mobile care pvt .ltd. on 04/01/14.but till date04/02/14 my phone was not given to me. Many times iam called to call center and also speak to Mr vivek who are senior person in company but they all are given the wrong commitment and not given my phone.please do The need ful.

You people really irritate customers by giving fake assurance and dates. I gave my phone approx 1 and a half month ago But till date I got no satisfied response. Stop fooling us and feel shame on this high level of irresponsibility.

Plz return my handset to me its almost 2 months otherwise I will complaint in ppolice statstation.
