I have experience a worst service from service center in Faridabad (TCS Bajaj). I have purchase Avenger 220 DTS-i in Oct’13. Lastly i have completed 3 free services. But i am not satisfied with the service of my bike, they charge a lot in the free service, but then no proper servicing is done by there side, from starting of purchase after 2 weeks, racing meter get closed automatically. Then after 2nd service bike get on/off issue in travelling, in night down light sometimes not shown and after i push dipper button, then it get works. Now the main issue is after 3rd service, from last 2-3 days petrol get leaked from Carburetor pipe. I am totally fed up with the services. If these problems occurs in new bike, then i file the case in consumer farm. No one listen the issues in branch. As per my complaint number – CR-151225. I have visited your SVC TCS Bajaj (Faridabad) yesterday. First of all i have to wait for service manager for 1 hour, i get in the SVC at 9:30 AM and service manager enter at 11:00 AM and no one told me that Mr. Khan enter in his cabin and you can talk with him, after 10 minutes i went to front end lady and she told me that service manager is coming, you can talk with him. I told him for all my issues, they submitted my bike as per my discussion with Service manage (Mr. Khan). SVC team told me to pick the vehicle at 4’o clock, at 3 PM i got a call from Mr. Pramod and i have again told him about the whole issues. He told me that your issues will resolve this time from our end. When i visit to pick by vehicle from SVC, i found that back indicators fix by Feviquick and when i ask them why you not replace them, Pramod told me that all avengers have same problem of indicators and it is fix only by Feviquick. Again i ask to Mr. Khan for indicators replacement, he also told me that it will not be replaced and it’s your fault. This type of service is given by your SVC team. My issue of Carburetor petrol leakage again not solved. I told Pramod that the issue again raised, he told me that we have clear the dust from Carburetor, now issue not occurred. After picked my bike and i went for a washing. I again found that petrol leaked from same pipe. Then after reach SVC again to show off the issue, they told me that you have to take a video this time and show us. Then we will check the issue. I think i done a big mistake to purchase Bajaj bike. It’s totally a worst service provided to customer. When i call to customer care team for my older complaint number – CR-151225, i got shocked after their given words that your old call has been closed by TCS Bajaj (Area Service Manager) by telling them that we have done all the necessary solutions to customer bike and now customer is satisfied with our service, i have not sign the satisfaction form on Sunday after receiving my bike. Then how they closed my old case. Now this type of worst services given by Bajaj. I think i have done a big mistake to purchase Bajaj bike and i don’t want to repair my bike and wants my money back or replacement of new bike, New complaint number CR – 151472. I think i wasted my time to visit again and again to the service center and better to go to consumer court with all my videos and service bills.
