I made a payment of Rs 697/- for purchasing SanDisk Cruzer Blade 4 GB (Pendrives ) qty 2 and SanDisk Memory Card 4GB (memory card) qty 2 by making online payment on 23rd January 2014 and my order no was 85.
I recd the intimation from [email protected] which said order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
I waited but when no reply recived I called 09223377000 (bihar) and cust serv executive told it will take some time.
But on 29th Jan 2014, received a mail of down time of the site and after that no sign of payment back or product or any call from them nor the phone no is available now.
Pls do something so that I can get my money back and punish them.
