wrong billing

I had taken a broadband Internet connection ,599 Combo Plan,whereby we get a Landline Connection Along With The Broadband , at the Time Of Installation We Had clearly Told The Official That We Don’t Need The Landline Connection. We Are Post Paid Customer When we Got Our First Bill It Was Bill Charged For A Different Plan( plane Name -WICF599). We Called Up The Customer Care To Know About This Error They Told Us that We Pay The bill Excluding The Telephone Charges And We Did So. But Our internet Was Disconnected For Non Payement Of Bill. We Did Call them For Clarification But No Body Is Looking Into Our Problem.
