Hi,

i have purchased one wrist watch on the website fashionandyou.com on 06/06/2012. The order no. was 1997079. I got a parcel from them on 05/07/2012 thorugh invoice no. FNY/1166071/12-13. But when i opened the parcel i found the belt of the wrist watch was broken. This is totally cheating.

Please help me to replace the watch or my money back.
