I am Kanchan sharma , Wants your help to save My hard earned money . As decision a Of Ebay – against my Refund request ( given in the fever of seller ) can Ruine my whole life. Sir neither I got Product nor Refund.
On 16 June 2012 I bought an 250 Gm Gold Bar from US Ebay On winning an auction with full confidence as I had full trust on there Risk protection Policy. I followed all the steps were require to get Buyer protection carefully.which proved that my purchase was covered from frauds or disputes.
And I made the payment through Moneybookers payment gateway instruction received by Ebay.
After making paymaint I was waiting for delivery and I contacted seller through Ebay for shipping details and seller replied that he is out of citi and he will provide me details soon.
On 23 june Suddenly Ebay suspended My ebay account without any prior notice.
On 24 june again I started to ask from seller to provide shipping Details but he did not replied, and I opened A case under buyer protection.
On 03 July seller uploaded some shipping Details on Ebay, But when I checked shipping Details on courier website that was not trackable anywhere.
On 04 July I escalated case to Ebay customer support resolution centre fro refund.
On 06 July ebay made a dicision in Fever of Seller and denied my request of refund.
On 06 July I made a appeal on ebay buyer protection center to reopen my case for right justice and reason to Denied my request of Refund when my purchase was fully covered from risk.
On 07 July ebay again denied my request of refund and explained the reason that Few Days back Ebay suspended Ebay user account my Account due to some Rules breeching activities . And due to suspansion of my account I am not persue for refund.
I asked Ebay to explained that what kind of activities they found why they suspended my Ebay account, they Replied that I was Keeping more then 1 Ebay account and sold an item from my account to my linked account.
Here is some lines taken from Ebay user agreement, shill biddind ( additional information ) Tab. Which proved that A person can keep more then 1 account also there link person can buy an item from Seller but they can not bid or left feedback. and no one linked to me left feedback also I listed my items in Fixed buy it now price so no one bidded on my listing too —–

Seller rules:
Although a seller is allowed to have more than one eBay account, there can’t be any interaction between the accounts, especially involving bids or Feedback. Your information also has to be accurate and consistent.
Sellers can’t bid on their own listings.
Friends and people you know who’d like to buy your items may do so as long as they use a fixed price option like Buy It Now. Bidding on your item for any other reason isn’t permitted.
If you bid on some of your own auctions, but you didn’t know this was shill bidding, you’re still responsible. Please understand that when you signed up with us, you agreed to follow the guidelines in the User Agreement and in all our policies.
If your accounts were suspended for shill bidding because someone you know used them to list items, and then bid on those items, you’re still responsible. Your accounts can’t be reinstated before completion of the suspension period. As a reminder, you need to keep your account information and password secure because you’re ultimately responsible for anything that happens with your account. The User Agreement says that anyone under the age of 18 isn’t allowed to use eBay unless they’re supervised by the adult or guardian who owns the account.

But Sir when I was paying for all my purchases then what was the out of rule ???????? That they suspended my account and not considering my poor condition and my huge loss ??
Sir I declare By heart that I am not A criminal person Also I never done any fraud or crime with anyone in my complete life. I am A innocence Girl I lost my father in my childhood And worked hard to save money,
And I invested all my money to buy this deal from Ebay….I had A big trust on Ebay And Now Team of Ebay is killing me By giving Dramatic Excuses to Deny there Libelity.
Sir Please help If I will not get my money back then I don`t want want to live any more Beause I can not bare the shock of loss, and in this condition Ebay will we only lible for all My responsblity of My Family and Dues.
