Faulty Products in online shopping portal of FLIPCART

Received SONY camera and when it was time to use it,its lense stuck and not responded, it is electronic item and issues are understandable, hence took to sony service center and first question from concern person was—have u purchased it online ?..whatever i got it repaired and again when i tried to use it again various issues.
sent to concerned mail id on 5th may but no response received, its very irritating and frustrating hence i want my money back.
