I have bought a BlackBerry Storm 9530 thru online portal NAAPTOL.COM on May-2012. when I have received this order the pack containing the handset, charger, Software CD belongs to some other foreign language, not in English or so, and even the data cable to be attached with Charger with Handset is also not belongs to the Blackberry Storm.
Then after 2 month handset stop working, keys are not working, signal coming and disappearing, after contacted then a very unfortunate response from their vendor, according to them i have to send the Handset on my risk & responsibility and even on my expenses to NAAPTOL Warehouse for repair and the repairs takes atleast 15 days.
