I am holding a prepaid mobile sim of Aircel company no is 9806147373
I am using this mobile form last 2 year and using. Form last many month some charges has been levied some are weekly and some are monthly. I have complained many time in companies call center but never received any satisfactory replay. I never subscribed for any such services but still the charges has been levied. I have written mail also many time to company but not received any charges back even after company agreed to returned the charges.
I have asked to unsubscribe for all the services but still many charges are getting deducted.
Comapny are making money by just charging small small charges. Very few customer are aware to complained and many consumer do not have time to report such matter.
I request you to please take corrective action against the above case.
