I ordered (order no 1200011776) at lenskart for my glass and for a wallet one month ago. They promise me to send my glass/spectacles within two to three working days. Even after one month they did not send the glass. When i told and mail the customer care about refund , they just answered that your order is reshipped soon.
I am facing a lot of problem.
