I have lodged the complaint on 1st July stating that i have problem with internet speed.I clearly mentioned that I m in plan where I get 600 kbps in day and 1mbps @night but still im getting 256kpbs round the clock since 3 days .I mentioned that i never missed any of the bill till from past 3 years and agreed and promised he will resolve the issue ASAP. Its been 3 days that issue is still the same.In this case I m having problem since 7 days and nothing has been rectified. My compliant number is 182222062 which is still in resolving state.All the customer service Reps from reliance broadband (1800 3000 7777) promise the issue will be resolved with 24 hours or ASAP but nothing moves.
