Engine damaged by them

Brij Hundai has not given estimate about the engine damage of the car during initial estimate. After 3 months they r saying the engine is being damaged. After 3 month Bajaj allianze refused to give any damage of engine. I feel during initial inspection my car engine was ok. During these 3 months due to mishandling of my car engine got damaged and asking for claim from company.
