Unnecessary charges for utilizing the data plan, this is the third time i am facing the situation in last few months I don’t understand the concept of Paid Downloads when I already have an active unlimited internet plan.how can they transfer my money into some account without my consent, while Contacting the customer care regarding they are trying to teach me how the internet works. What is this concept of paid downloads, when nothing gets downloaded in my mobile and my balance gets deducted, I never saw any warning pop ups regarding balance deduction while browsing , nor I have clicked anything giving permission to Vodafone to transfer my money to some websites. This is a complete hoax, because the Customer Care executive doesn’t have a proper explanation for this. I Guess its time to move on to some other network, because this is really wasting my time .
