I have purchased a Sunflame Chimney from Snapdeal on 25th October 2014, it was supposed to delivered on 31st October 2014 but didnot get delivered. Neither was i updated regarding the delay, nor was the product being delivered. On continous follow with customer care, the product got delivered courier partner’s warehouse near our locality and they kept the product with them for another 5 days saying they cannot deliver the product.
I had to call customer care atleast twice or thrice a day for the product to get delivered. Atlast I had to collect the product from courier office on 18th November 2014.
After receiving the product called for installation, ad still waiting for the product to get installed.I had raised the complaint on 9th December 2014 regarding the same, still there is no update from the Snapdeal Team.
I called up the Sunflame customer care, but they told that they have no tie up with Snapdeal so they donot support installation of any Sunflame product brought Online.
They I tried getting in touch with Snapdeal team, they provided the number of there installation partner “Jeeves” number, I did contact them 2 weeks back but still no success.
The product is still present at my house with no use.
Now,when I am trying to call the Snapdeal customer care for return and refund, this guys are hanging up my phone.
This is the worst experience I have faced with any online website.
I money has been has been wasted.
Presently i don’t know what to do, so writing up here, Hoping for any resolution through this Consumer Forum.
