I have made two utility bills payments of on of Rs.600 and Rs.316 from online bill payments website paytm.com
Transaction was done on Dt:20-09-14 of Rs.600 and Rs.316 from online paytm.com website , during the online payment transaction got failed but my credit card account got debited for the transaction .
Now i want refund of my failed transaction which i am not getting back.
Company has not provided any costumer helpline no on there website to contact them,only an email id given [email protected] , where i have mailed them my problem but not receiving any proper feed-back from them .
