    I have made two utility bills payments of on of Rs.600 and Rs.316 from online bill payments website paytm.com Transaction was done on Dt:20-09-14 of Rs.600 and Rs.316 from online paytm.com website , during the online payment transaction got failed but my credit card account got debited for the transaction .
