Facing problem to get proper services

Name of company/service: Hathway cable

My name is Mo. Waqar Khan. I was using Hathway Cable from 5-6 years but from last two months i was not getting proper services from the company’s Agent. I had complaint many times to Agent for regarding same but couldn’t find any solution so i have switched my cable from Hathway to Siti Cable but now hathway cable Agent is creating trouble to me for getting services by Persecute to Siti Cable Agent. Please resolve my problem as early as possible.
