Deduction of balance wrongly

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Hisar (haryana)&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Idea</p>Sir,i have activated one day internet pack by dialing *150* 05# at 0130 pm on 04 apr 13.at 0131 pm i received msg from idea stating that rs 5 has been deducted and your gprs plan is active.then i used internet for some time .but my balance was deducted. I called customer care but they told u have to wait for three hours for activation of plan. I told them that i have received msg that your plan is active.they told that your call is transferred to seniors but that did not happen after a long wait.this type of thing happens with me whenever i call again to customer care.my idea prepaid number is 8689027664.i hope that my problem will be solved and no one face such problem in future.
