Customer interaction level – wrong and rude approach

Hello Team,

I would like to keep you informed on the customer interaction level which is prevailing in Bangalore. I have purchased a 3S Silver AC from Peak system (Halasuru) yesterday. During insatllation (that is today 4th of April 2013) there were many communication error and human error which occurred. As a customer we look forward for a proper and clear communcation of time and process of instalation of the product. However the same didnt happen and being a customer we end up making a mokery of ourself when requested for some clarifications. I personnaly would like to take this up to the higher authorities of Tata (voltas) that “if we are not promoting your product you are loosing a internal sales person”. I do not want to point out names. But in short unhappy with customer service support of Bangalore based Peak Systems and would not recommend Voltas to anyone going forward.
