I am a vodafone service user and I have been using this service for last three years. Five days back I subscribed vodafone 3G internet on my No.,since then I have found internet speed is extremely slow. My phone is samsung core 2 phone and I have checked internet speed in Newtown, Gariahat,esplanade. All these areas are premier ares of kolkata where internet speed should be good. However, I have found that once ina blue moon network becomes H+ otherwise it always remains E. I called custoner care also and the agent told me that I will get a call back on my No. In 24 hours where as I got this call after 36 hours. In the mean time I tried to contact customer care several times but I could not contact them. When I received call given by them and said hello..hello… I dis not get any response from the other side. But I got a message to call them at 199. I did that also 15 times but could not contact them. I don’t know what setting was done by csa for my calls, i could not talk to them. The speed is so bad that I can not open google web page, my email id. It always says “the web page can not be displayed”. It happened wuth me in past also and i ignored that but this time I can not tolerate. There should be strict action against such irresponsible company and its agent who do not fix isses on call and keep on giving excuses and then do some setting so that the customer can not reach out them. I want my money back or I will forward this complaint to next level.
