It has been more than 50 days and still I didn’t get my order.
I also lodged complaint in customer care twice (Complaint No : 31573324 & 31460532).
Both the time I mentioned that I needed the product urgently as I have to gift it to my client, Everytime customer care executive assured me.
When the 8rd time I contacted customer care, they didn’t even listen to me properly and hang up the call.
The status of product is ” on route” and I don’t understand why the product is on route since 20 days , aren’t Jobong team is in touch with delivery partners.
I am a constant buyer of Jobong, but after this experience I’m not going to use Jobong and not even going to recommend it to anyone.
I don’t want any assurance calls and mails , I only want my product to get deliver and also compensation for my loss as I had to suffer due to your bad service.
