refuse by service center to give service during warrenty period

I bought honda dream yuga bike before 9 months. during driving 1 day there is blast in bike’s engine. i bought my bike at service center where i purchased that bike. but they refuse to repair my bike and give me estimate of 15,000rs. if i want to repair that bike. Eventhough my bike is in warrenty period and there is 2 years warrenty of bike’s engine. the insurance company also refuse for claim. they told me that its happen during warrenty period so you can not eligible for claim. i also talked with honda’s customer care unit at gurgaonbut they also not give me proper answer. the honda company of bike is also fraud. i personally feel that. daily i call at gurgaon and the person who attend my call can’t forward my complain to there mfg. unit.
