I have got repaied my HTC Incredible Hand set number 355301047686897 repair ticket number 13INA300011597from HTC through their authorised service centre at Mathura on 12/08/2013 who charged from me a sum of Rs. 3932/- vide receipt no 160 dated 12/08/2013. As per communication from customer care a sum of Rs 2650/- were actual charges of repairing.
I have been in regular touch with HTC for refunding my excess amount paid thro mail as well as telephone. HTC agree the excess amount taken by their authorised service centre but doing nothing to refund.
